SETTING UP THE Thomas

CATALOGUE-RAISONNé

With the recent recovery of sales contracts dating from the late 1980s to the end of John’s life a John Paul Thomas Catalogue-Raisonné can now be established. In other words it is now possible to create an incontrovertible provenance for collectors of Thomas works. However, for the creation of the Raisonné to get underway a database must be created and made available for study on the Internet. This database must be capable of handling large graphic files, and the catalogue itself will require hundreds of hours for data input. Financial assistance will be needed to purchase the proper database software and pay a person to enter the data. Collectors wishing to have their Thomas works in the Raisonné will receive a Provenance for their artwork at a reduced price. Please address inquiries to armupo@hawaii.rr.com
